For the purposes of this article, I’ll be highlighting plays that I believe have upside for large field GPPs at reduced roster percentages, but that doesn’t mean we can’t sprinkle in some cash plays into our GPP lineups as well. In fact, most of the best tournament lineups feature some combination of high rostered plays as well as lower rostered plays. When building your GPP lineups, be sure to reference our Roster Percentage Report as well as our DFS Rankings in order to identify plays who have a solid projection yet may be undervalued by the field. In order to compete in GPPs, we’ll want to utilize a combination of cash plays and GPP plays in order to build solid lineups without sacrificing too much in the way of projection. Quarterbacks
Jayden Daniels $7,300 @ BAL
This Washington and Baltimore game features one of the highest totals on the slate at 51.5 points, and the Ravens and Commanders rank #1 and #2 in points per game. There’s clearly a path where this game goes bonkers, and if it does, that should lead to a spike in pass rate from Washington against this Baltimore pass funnel. The Ravens lead the NFL in rushing yards per game allowed, and Brian Robinson is battling a knee injury. As a result, that should mean Kliff dials up the pass at an elevated rate, and if he does, Daniels’ scrambling upside is immense in a potential negative game script.
